Congratulations Mark!

Mark was baptized and confirmed by

his dad last Saturday Nov. 6, 2010.

Mom made a really good sheet cake yesterday,
and some wanted the recipe.

Pineapple Sheet Cake

2 eggs beaten
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp soda
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt)

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter on a greased and floured sheet cake pan.
It must be shallow or pineapple will sink.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.

Yummy Frosting

1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vannilla
1/2 cups chopped nuts (opt)

Beat cream cheese till softened and light.
Beat in butter, add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Frost hot cake. Enjoy

As most of you probably already know,

Matt received his mission call this week.

He is going to the Cuernavaca, Mexico mission.

He leaves on February 16th.
