Sister Get Together
We will be getting together next Monday, the 26th, at Susan's house. We're going to make some cards that day for those interested. If someone has given you a cute card or you have an idea, bring it with you. If that isn't something you would like to do, bring a project to work on or just come and enjoy the company.
On April 9th we plan to go to the new Natural History Museum at 10. This is located up by Red Butte Garden. We need to get tickets on the 3rd, so if you could let us know on Monday if you are interested in going.

Sister Get Together
I wasn't going to come to the get together on Monday and when I talked to grandma and some of the others they decided not to have one. They thought since we will see each other Friday at Leslie's wedding reception we will just count that.
So our next get together will be Monday, March 26th. We will be making cards that day. It would be great if you could bring an idea of a card we could make.
Monday, April 9th is a free day for the new Utah Museum of Natural History up by Red Butte garden. We are going to try to get tickets for that on the 3rd. They say it is really good, so if you want to go let us know so we will have enough tickets.
Also the 3rd Friday in April, Red Butte garden is free so we will probably go there also.

Bird Family Reunion
I keep saying I'm going to put this on the blog, but as you can tell I haven't done it yet.
The reunion this year in going to be on July 26th, 27th and 28th.
On Thursday the 26th I thought we could go to someplace like Trafalga in Lehi. I'm looking for deals for those who don't have the pass. Right now they have $3 Thursday, where each activity is $3.
Around 4 or 5 we will go over to Emily's clubhouse. She has a swimming pool and hot tub. They aren't really big but the kids can have fun. We plan to have dinner there.
Friday we will be going up to Heber to the girls camp. Check in is at 2. I did a dumb thing when I reserved this and just got 1 site, I just wasn't thinking. We have a 4 cabin site with a small pavilion in the Camp Eliza Snow area. Each cabin has 8 sets of bunk beds or sleeping for 16, so we have sleeping for 64. Like I told some of you the bunks are just wood, so I didn't think the "older siblings" would want to sleep there. I plan on checking into hotels in Heber.
They have challenge courses and a lake for paddle boats and canoes that cost. You can't swim or play in there lake. They also have hiking volleyball and horse shoes.
Check out is 5:00 on Saturday.

Greg's Mission Call
Gregory Bird has been called to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Spain Madrid Mission. He is currently scheduled to leave on August 1, 2012. Some of his friends have had their dates changed because of a pilot program which has some missionaries spending less time in the MTC. We'll keep you all informed of all the relevant information.
