Sister Get Together

I know I said we wouldn't get together on Monday, because we were planning to be together for Mother's Day.  Since that has changed, we thought we would go ahead and get together for those who can come.

We'll meet at Susan's house and we've asked grandma if she would be willing to reminisce about what her life was like when she was young.  We are going to try to make a tape of it for those who can't come.

Mother's Day

This year for Mother's Day, the siblings and their spouses are going to take mom out to dinner.  We did this before and really enjoyed it.  It looks like Thursday the 23rd is the best day.  Anyone have an idea of a good place to go that's not too noisy.

We will be getting together on Memorial Day with everyone that can come.  Like usual we will meet at the cemetery on Monday and do flowers, then go to Evergreen park for lunch and fun.  They have redone the park and have some new playthings, but never fear the pumpkin carriage is still there.
