Sister Get Together
We will have our next sister get together on Monday, November 28, around 10:30 at grandma's house. Bring your own project to work on or just come and visit.
Some have asked about the plans for Christmas. Grandma asked if I would let you know what the plans are so far. We will only be getting together on Christmas Eve at grandma's house for dinner and fun.
We will do a cousin gift exchange again. Anyone 12 and older bring a gift that can be used for anyone that costs around $10 to play the exchange game. Couples can just bring 1 gift between them and take 1 gift.
For the children 11 and under, bring a $1-$2 gift that can be for any one.
Grandma will be giving each of the married grandchildren couples $30. The single grandchildren $20 and $15 for each of the great grandchildren. We won't be opening any of those presents Christmas Eve, because she has heard that some of you like to put that money towards a family gift, activity or something you might need. She wants you to use it however you would like to, it's up to you.
We will do some activities the week after Christmas.
It's hard to believe Christmas is only a month from today.

Dave's transplant was successful. He had a complication with a virus ( he probably picked up at the BMT clinic) and had to spend five days in the BMT transplant unit at Huntsman Hospital since he had no bone marrow to fight off the infection until he engrafted. He Has engrafted successfully with very high stem cell counts and fought off the infection with the help of extremely strong antibiotics and oxygen and monitoring. I was able to bring him home from the hospital this afternoon. He is still very week and we still have to be very careful and he has to wear a mask and stay away from anyone who is sick if he has visitors.
We are very thankful to everyone for the prayers and fasting in Dave's behalf. Thank You, Thank You!!!!!!!
